Return
Haena An creations are produced in intentionally limited quantities, using materials selected for their permanence and expressive character. Each work is conceived as a contemporary collectible — made to be lived with, and to endure.
For this reason, we invite clients to consider their selections carefully prior to purchase.
Return authorization must be requested in advance by contacting the studio at info@haenaanjewelry.com. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Exchanges or store credit may be requested within 15 days of delivery for eligible pieces. Returned works must remain unworn, unaltered, and presented in their original packaging, preserving the integrity of the object.
As each creation passes through multiple hands in its making, Haena An is unable to absorb the logistical costs of return transit. Clients are therefore responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes — once remitted to governmental authorities — cannot be recovered.
These policies exist to support a production philosophy grounded in restraint, limited availability, and the enduring value of carefully made objects.
Made-to-Order
Many Haena An creations are produced exclusively upon request.
This approach reflects Haena An’s commitment to material integrity, considered craftsmanship, and the quiet discipline of time. Each piece is individually fabricated in our studio, allowing the work to emerge with the precision and presence intended by the designer.
Made-to-order works typically require 2–4 weeks for completion prior to shipment. During this period, the piece undergoes a series of hand processes including forming, finishing, and final inspection.
As these creations are produced specifically for each client, made-to-order pieces are considered final sale.
Subtle variations may occur as a natural result of the handmade process. These distinctions are not imperfections, but signatures of the object’s singular making.
This method of production ensures that each work exists not as stock, but as a deliberate act of creation.
