Each Haena An creation is individually handcrafted with exacting attention to material and form. Dispatch timelines therefore vary according to stock availability and production requirements.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–14 business days from the date of purchase. For made-to-order works, additional time may be required to complete the piece in accordance with the Maison’s standards. Estimated delivery time ranges from 1–4 weeks, depending on destination.

United States
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.
Complimentary standard shipping is offered within the United States.

International
International shipments are fulfilled via UPS or DHL. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to destination, package specifications, and applicable carrier rates.

Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and related governmental charges. Such fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Transit & Delivery Responsibility
Haena An cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit unless shipment protection has been secured through the client’s selected insurance option.

Haena An is unable to replace or refund items confirmed as delivered by the carrier. This includes instances of theft, misplacement, or failure to retrieve shipments. Clients are advised to ensure the accuracy of delivery information and the security of the receiving address.
