Orders usually ship within 2-14 business days from purchase depending on stock. Since all pieces are handmade, please allow us time to make your precious piece. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
US orders - USPS or UPS (3-5 business day), Free shipping
International orders - UPS, DHL Price will be calculated, based on the product and shipping country.
Duties and Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
We do not refund for packages lost in transit unless it's covered by customer's individual insurance.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
